I am always fascinated by people. How do children grow and learn? How does the brain work? How do we make decisions? To explore my questions, I fell in love with the study of psychology. Transferring to Penn as a sophomore, I am grateful that Penn has provided me with outstanding research opportunities and faculty support. I have worked on eye-tracking and fMRI projects exploring neural basis of memory biases and numerical cognition, a memory modelling project on counterfactual thinking, and a project investigating how to debias overconfidence. At this challenging time, CURF is still offering lots of research opportunities and it’s never too late to start doing research. I am here to help.
