Our Mission Statement

The Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (CURF) supports all students as they pursue transformative experiences through fellowships, scholars programs, and undergraduate research. CURF promotes connections between faculty and students, encourages mentorship, and educates the Penn community about opportunities for all students and alumni.

'21) awarded a grant by @FulbrightPrgrm to teach English in #SouthKorea. Megan has a passion for teaching English, having interned for ESL-focused organizations such as Come on Out - Japan and Teach North Korean Refugees.

Congratulations to #Fulbright Maria Kovalchuk (@PennSAS) awarded a grant by @FulbrightPrgrm to conduct research in #Germany. Her current research interests include Greek-Latin translation and Hellenistic literature; reception; and literary theory.

'21) awarded a grant by @FulbrightPrgrm to study in #France. At @UniversiteCergy, Marion will pursue a master's degree in Education with a focus on social & territorial action.

'21) awarded a grant by @FulbrightPrgrm to teach English in #Mexico. A first-generation and Mexican-Indigenous student, Daisy has tutored and mentored Latinx high school students through the Lanzando Líderes program.

Congratulations to #Fulbright Caleb Oh (@PennSAS
'21) awarded a grant by @FulbrightPrgrm to conduct research in #SouthKorea. At the Yonsei University Severance Hospital in South Korea, Caleb will work on deep learning research in the field of radiation oncology.

Paul was also named a @udallfoundation Scholar last year!
