Penn can be overwhelming, brimming with events, opportunities, andloadsof emails. Doing research on top of that can be exciting, but sometimes even more stressful!

I got into research to learn more about the fields that interested me, and I realized that doing research becomes very fascinating and fun, if you go in with the right mindset and direction.

I have been Dr. Robert Gareth’s Cultural Evolution of Language Lab, and am currently in Dr. Delphine Dahan’s Psycholinguistics lab. Both labs have been a great experience for me and I have learned so much from both of them. I learned that doing research allows you to become more of an independent person, and you start to learn skills to better yourself and understand the field.

I would love to help others discover the personal growth that comes with research, and find the fun in it as well.

Reach out to me with any questions, especially about particular fields or how to take those first steps in the process!
