Harrison Feinman

I am interested in studying political behavior, with a focus on how different conditions impact political action. As part of my role with Penn Leads the Vote, I work with the Falk Lab in the Annenberg School on multiple projects focused voter behavior. In addition to the University Scholars program, I am the Director of Penn Leads the Vote and President of Penn Policy Consulting.
