Join the PUCS and CURF for “Communicating Research” with Dr. Andrew Santiago-Frangos on Friday, April 5, at 10:15 a.m in the Lynch Lecture Hall - Chemistry 1973 Building!

Dr. Santiago-Frangos has investigated how bacteria regulate their antiphage CRISPR adaptive immune systems, and he co-invented and patented a novel CRISPR-based diagnostic. He is committed to engaging the next generation of underrepresented high school and undergraduate students interested in science, in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
