Multimodality imaging of neurodegeneration and aging using MRI and PET. More specifically, the use of multiparametric structural and physiological MRI sequences and novel PET radioligands to study Alzheimer disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, normal aging, and the effects of cardiovascular disease on the brain.
