At the Arthur Ross Gallery (ARG), the intern will interact closely with staff on substantive projects related to exhibitions, social media marketing, and administrative operations. The intern will experience many aspects of managing an art gallery including: condition reporting, exhibition design, loan agreements, program development, marketing, and community outreach as well as extensive digital media engagement. Other projects include but are not limited to researching ways to reach new audience, and student engagement.
The intern will also maintain a database of relevant news organizations, schools, and periodicals, which they will contact for the Fall/Spring exhibitions. The intern will gain valuable practical experience and learn museum best practices. For further information: www.ArthurRossGallery.org
