Postsecondary National Policy Institute (PNPI) Summer Scholar Program

The Postsecondary National Policy Institute (PNPI) is delighted to announce the fourth season of the PNPI Summer Scholar Program (May 28- August 2, 2019). PNPI’s Summer Scholar Program provides a unique opportunity for highly-motivated undergraduate seniors (rising or current) and/or graduate students with demonstrated financial need to learn about federal higher education policy alongside current and prospective higher education policymakers, all while offering the financial support needed to live and work in Washington, D.C.

American Heart Association Undergraduate Student Summer Fellowship Program

The American Heart Association supports highly promising, undergraduate students for full-time research fellowships over a minimum of a ten-week period during the summer. The goal of this program is to encourage students to pursue careers in cardiovascular research. Research projects with broad relevance to cardiovascular biology and stroke will be considered.  The research must be performed within the eight states of the Founders Affiliate region which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Center for the Study of Ethnicity, Race, and Immigration (CSERI) Turner Schulman Undergraduate Fellowships

CSERI is accepting proposals for undergraduate research undertaken during the 2020-21 academic year. Full-time Penn students in any school whose research focuses on social science approaches to race, ethnicity or immigration are eligible to apply. No travel support will be provided according to Penn restrictions.

Undergraduate proposals are considered year-round and there is no deadline to apply.

Humanity in Action

The Humanity in Action Fellowship program is the gateway program to becoming a Senior Fellow and member of the Humanity in Action network. The application for the 2019 Fellowship programs will be open by the end of September, and the deadline to apply will be midnight (PST) Sunday, January 6, 2019.
