I knew when I began my undergraduate journey at Penn that I wanted to participate in research. However, I wasn't sure what humanities research looked like coming from a high school where anyone who even did research, did science-based work. Throughout my time at Penn, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple professors and Ph.D. students in the Penn Museum, Political Science department, School of Social Work and Policy, and the Graduate School of Education through PURM. I am now working on my own independent research project on Igbo philosophy and thought with the supervision and support of Professor Detlefsen in the Philosophy department.
