My scope of interest for research lies in the capabilities of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. I hope to explore the development and usage of technologies that allow us to create fully functioning synthetic organs that can be used in transplants. Furthermore, I am highly intrigued in the crossroads between neuroscience and technology, specifically integrating technologies such as prosthetics with neural networks to provide patients with controllable prostheses. Previously, I have worked in the Redish Lab at the University of Minnesota as a Research Intern, where I developed a Matlab based model that mapped out specific impacts of drug addiction on neural networks. Outside of doing research, I am also involved in the Penn Barbell Club and Penn Dhamaka.
