Cameron Ito

My research interests involve the impact of East Asian media such as anime and the Korean Pop genre on country brand reputation ranking and the Fombrun-RI Country Reputation Index, evaluating perceptions that foreign audiences have of a country’s emotional, physical, financial, leadership, cultural, global and political appeal. Although I was previously involved with conducting research in marine biology, aquaponic gardening, and the effect of maternal e-cigarette usage on offspring asthma, through University Scholars, I hope to gain more exposure to market research, the implications of media on global economies, and the effect of the pandemic on healthcare policy-making and allocation.
