Currently my interest mainly lies in archival research as it often is of the most reliable information for many aspects of history, especially those of the past 2 centuries. I am particularly curious about Eastern Europe in the 19th century, so archival data goes a long way in establishing my understanding of it. My previous exposure to this sort of research was with the National Parks Service in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a volunteer.
